What’s better than working with a lovely small business and along the way you’ve actually become friends?.
The lovely Lewis sent across a massive gift box full of goodies for me to try (you can also buy these gift boxes on the crafted Comforts Instagram page & Website.
Now I must be honest and say I have only tried a handful of these gorgeous products, I will post again when I’ve tried everything but I just wanted to let you all know what I thought of everything so far.
Packaging wise I think everything is gorgeous and works well for the products inside I especially love the little bath salt pot. The size of the candles are great too although you can also get these in different sizes.
I tried one of the little candles first which was in the scent pumpkin spice, I chose this first because I’m a massive fan of anything that smells like food/drinks and I just love this scent.
These gorgeous little candles are 100% soy wax and are made with fragrance oil. I absolutely love this scent, there have been a few wax melts I’ve tried in Pumpkin spice before but I’ve never had a pumpkin spice candle, I love it. This scent also reminds me of butter beer from Universal studios so there is definitely a bit of nostalgia when I’m burning this, take me back to Florida ??.
One Sunday I decided to have a relaxing bath so I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to try out one of the gorgeous bath bombs and also burn a different candle.
For the bath bomb I decided to go for the lemon & lavender fragrance as I find lavender very relaxing especially having such a busy lifestyle so I was very excited to soak in this. For the candle I chose chocolate orange because again it’s a food scent . I adore chocolate orange and it smells very indulgent.
I loved the lavender pieces that dispersed into the bath it gave my bath an even more relaxing feel. I was worried that mixing lavender & lemon with the chocolate orange candle would be a bit much for my senses but it wasn’t, it was absolutely perfect.
The most recently product I’ve tried is the third candle in Grapefruit & Sugarcane.
I burned this beauty before my mum came round to my house for dinner the other evening and she commented on how lovely the house smelt. These little candles have A great throw for their tiny size and would make the cutest gifts.
