About Crafted Comforts

Crafted Comforts is more than just a business, it’s a personal journey. My name is Lewis and I founded Crafted Comforts in 2018 after struggling with debilitating anxiety and depression. Using essential oils and taking baths with natural, high-quality products was a game-changer for me. That’s why I decided to share this experience with everyone and create a brand that people can trust and enjoy. At Crafted Comforts, we believe that self-care is essential, and we pride ourselves on creating products that not only smell amazing but also have significant therapeutic benefits.

All of my products that are intended to come into contact with skin have been cosmetically tested, they are also not suitable to be used by children under 3/4 years old (depending on the product).
All of our home fragrance products, ie candles, melts, diffusers are CLP compliant.

Our products can be purchased directly from us - on our Website, Etsy or in various gift shops, florists, cafe's or refillery's in Scotland & England. See the map on the home page for more details. Please contact us if you would be interested in stocking any of products. We have a wholesale price list available on request.

Terms & Conditions:

These conditions will apply to all retail sales transactions that occur between Crafted Comforts and any person who has placed an order. Crafted Comforts will supply the goods to these individual(s).

Crafted Comforts accepts any order of goods from the purchaser who agrees to sell and the purchaser agrees to the sale of goods at the price that is stated on Crafted Comforts online store, the sole basis of the terms and conditions of Crafted Comforts stated herein.

Crafted Comforts collects the information provided by the purchaser at the time of ordering and uses the information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988. Information is collected by Crafted Comforts to process the purchaser’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible.

Returns Policy:

If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and with the original packaging. The return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. A redelivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply to all items returned for exchange.

Delivery:

We aim to dispatch your delivery ASAP after we receive your order, depending on the products you have purchased and what stock we have made at the time, we try to dispatch within 1-2 days of the order.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48, 24 or Special Delivery (next working day).

Tracking information will always be available once you have been notified by email that your order has been dispatched.

All of our packages get priced by weight, so depending on how heavy the package is, we may decide to send multiple packages to cover the costs of delivery that you have paid for.

If you think you may be out at the time of delivery, we recommend leaving a safe place or delivery instructions, we will add this to your parcel. If the courier is not able to deliver your parcel, they may return the next working day. Any parcels that are not delivered after 3 attempts, will be returned to us and you will be required to pay another postage fee.

At the moment we are only accepting customers within the United Kingdom (Scotland, England, Wales & Northern Ireland).

Local collection: Is also available, please select this option when you are at the checkout, you can also pay by cash or contactless card payment on collection, just let us know. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected.
