About Us & How Our Journey Began
The owners of Crafted Comforts, Lewis & Hazel, began their journey with Crafting in 2018. Lewis had struggled a lot over the years with anxiety and depression, and was forever spending a fortune on essential oils and bath products from popular high street brands to help to find relaxation. He felt there was a gap in the market for affordable, but natural relaxation products. He began experimenting with bars of soap and bath bombs, it soon took off from there when he launched his first range of bath products. After the most amazing feedback from their customers, we then launched two more relaxing bath products, and from there we have moved onto various other body and home products - such as our highly scented soy candles. We have since had our products in various stockists in and around Aberdeenshire and Morayshire, we also sell from our online store and our Etsy store to all of the United Kingdom. We would love to be able to ship our products world-wide, hopefully someday this will happen!
Terms & Conditions:
These conditions will apply to all retail sales transactions that occur between Crafted Comforts and any person who has placed an order. Crafted Comforts will supply the goods to these individual(s).
Crafted Comforts accepts any order of goods from the purchaser who agrees to sell and the purchaser agrees to the sale of goods at the price that is stated on Crafted Comforts online store, the sole basis of the terms and conditions of Crafted Comforts stated herein.
Crafted Comforts collects the information provided by the purchaser at the time of ordering and uses the information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988. Information is collected by Crafted Comforts to process the purchaser’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible.
If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and with the original packaging. The return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. A redelivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply to all items returned for exchange.
We aim to dispatch your delivery ASAP after we receive your order, depending on the products you have purchased and what stock we have made at the time, we try to dispatch within 1-2 days of the order.
We use Hermes or Royal Mail to deliver your products.
Tracking information will always be available once you have been notified by email that your order has been dispatched.
All of our packages get priced by weight, so depending on how heavy the package is, we may decide to send multiple packages to cover the costs of delivery that you have paid for.
If you are not in at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver your order a further 2 times. If you have chosen standard, your package will be left in your designated 'safe place', or if you have selected 'signature' you will have to be in at the time of delivery to receive your package. Failing this your order will be returned to us at Crafted Comforts and a further Payment is required to have your order re-directed back to you.
At the moment we are only accepting customers within the United Kingdom (Scotland, England, Wales & Northern Ireland).
Local collection is also available, please select this option when you are at the checkout, you can also pay by cash on collection.
